Make a presentation during public consultations

During the public consultations, each presentation will be limited to 10 minutes for briefs and five minutes for testimony. After each presentation, participants may discuss the content of his/her brief or testmony with the Commission Chair.

Advance registration is required for those who wish to present a brief or testimony. Other participants may register on site. Briefs must be sent to the Commission one week in advance of the scheduled public consultation.

Those who do not wish to appear before the Commission are invited to send their comments, suggestions and briefs by December 7, 2008. These may be sent by fax, mail or online.

The working language of the Commission is French, but participants may use either of the two official languages. Interpretation or translation service is not available. Media will have access to the consultations, except during workshops, which constitute the second part of the proceedings of public consultation.

 

Electronic comments

Submitting comments to the Commission, online or via e-mail by December 7, 2008.

Comments will be posted on the Commission website, provided the authors indicate consent on the submission form.

 

Summit on Francophone Schools

The Summit on Francophone Schools will make it possible to share the outcome of the public consultations, determine the areas of involvement, and priority action and roles of all stakeholders.

The working language of the Commission is French, but participants may use either of the two official languages. No interpretation or translation service will be available.
