Guidelines for the Delivery of Planning Services

Development, growth and investment in our communities and economy are, in part, about expectations, confidence and knowledge concerning the rules respecting development activities or use of our natural resources.

These planning guidelines are for unincorporated areas of New Brunswick and recommended best practices for municipalities and rural communities. As well, businesses and individuals will know what to expect when they approach a local planning authority for a permit or other approvals.
