Their goal is to enable Deaf, hard of hearing and deafened people to live independent, productive lives with full access to the services and opportunities available to the hearing population. They act as a link between the Deaf and hearing communities, providing the hearing community with information about deafness and related issues and providing the Deaf community with access to services and information.

Works closely with existing agencies, making their services more accessible to the Deaf and hard of hearing population. Some of the services offered are:  interpreter services, information/referral, Hard of Hearing Self Help Group, information regarding technical devices, sign language class, heritage program and life skills.
