This calculator provides an estimate of the family contribution towards the purchase of an insulin pump and/or supplies that your family would pay as part of the New Brunswick Pediatric Insulin Pump Program. Calculations are based on the information you enter in the calculator fields.
To complete the calculator you will need:
- A copy of last year’s Income Tax Notice of Assessment for contributing family incomes.
- To select your preferred insulin pump manufacturer/supplier from a list of approved vendors.
- To provide the number of children and parents being supported within the home or by child support in order to establish family size.
Calculation of the Family Contribution is based on family size, family income and the selected device.
