The Automobile Insurance Working Group has wrapped up the public consultations.

The specific mandate of the Auto Insurance Working Group is to review whether the $2,500 cap on pain and suffering awards for minor personal injuries should be adjusted, and to look at the legal definition of what constitutes a minor personal injury.

The working group will prepare a report and recommendations to be presented to the Minister upon completion.
