Under section 142 of the
Industrial Relations Act,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

This Regulation may be cited as the
General Regulation - Industrial Relations Act.

A request for appointment of a conciliation officer shall be in Form A.

A report to the Minister under subsection 99(1) of the
Industrial Relations Act
shall be
(
a
)
in Form B in the case of a trade union or a council of trade unions, or
(
b
)
in Form C in the case of two or more employers, an employers’ organization or an accredited employers’ organization.

Regulation 72-47 under the Industrial Relations Act is repealed.
