7The refurbishment of the Point Lepreau Generating Station within the geographic area described in Schedule F is designated as a major project subject to the following exclusions:

(a)work carried out by the New Brunswick Power Nuclear Corporation; and

(b)work carried out within the geographic area that is not related to the refurbishment of the Point Lepreau Generating Station.

8The fuel demonstration project at the Coleson Cove Generating Station located within the geographic area described in Schedule G is designated as a major project subject to the following exclusions:

(a)work carried out by New Brunswick Power Generation Corporation;

(b)work carried out by New Brunswick Power Coleson Cove Corporation;

(c)work carried out within the geographical area that is not related to the project.
