2009 Address and Report:
State of our
Children and Youth

The annual State of our Children and Youth address provides insight into the well-being of the province’s children and youth, particularly with regard to key indicators such as health, education and social conditions.

It enables the Child and Youth Advocate to evaluate and monitor the province’s success in ensuring the rights of its children are upheld.
