The conference’s popular Meet & Greet Reception is the first opportunity to mingle with exhibitors and delegates in a social setting. Trade show exhibitors are on hand to discuss the products and services that they provide to the mineral and petroleum industry sectors. As well, this is a great opportunity to discuss the results of recent field activities with prospectors, exploration companies, and geoscientists. Banquet speaker – Hon. David Alward, Premier of New Brunswick

Bottoms Up

We are pleased to welcome back to our conference our very own Fredericton based band BOTTOMS UP.  They are a high energy band and listening to their music is like falling in love with Celtic music all over again. Beautiful and rugged vocals tell their story and the talent and passion this band has for traditional music will have you kickin’ up your shoes to a dance or singing along with a pint in the pub. The infectious songs and melodies of their first album, “Bottoms Up Live”, earned them an East Coast Music Award nomination for “Roots Traditional Recording Group of the Year”. Shortly after, the album won the Celtic radio award for “Album of the Year” with Highlander Radio, an international radio network. Creating a Maritime Kitchen Party atmosphere wherever they play, they encourage you to sing along and defy you to keep your toes from tapping!
