New Brunswick Highway Corporation
The New Brunswick Highway Corporation (NBHC) was created in 1995. This
Crown corporation deals with lands and highways for which administration
and control have been given to it by the Minister of Transportation with
the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council. Its specific responsibilities
are defined in the New Brunswick Highway Corporation Act.
