REVISED - Transition plan for Flashing Lights

Flashing Lights (360 Degree Amber Lights)
Section 3.5 of the new WATCM indicates that All Work Vehicles stationed in a Work Area must be equipped with an amber light visible from all sides (360 degrees). These guidelines will remain in place to assist in the purchase of new equipment. However, existing devices will be permitted for two years, commencing May 29, 2009 until May 3, 2012.
