The Department of Transportation publicly tenders contracts for the construction, repair or alteration of land or structures owned or administered by the Crown in respect to the province’s highway network as stipulated under the Crown Construction Contracts Act.

Public tender documents and plans may be purchased at the Office of the Director of Financial and Administrative Services, Department of Transportation, P.O. Box 6000, Room 526, Fifth Floor, King Tower, Kings Place, Fredericton, NB, E3B 5H1. Cheques must be made payable to the Minister of Finance and are not refundable.

Individual Tender Documents and Plans may be purchased online using a credit card through Service New Brunswick (SNB) through a link on the site of the individual Tender Notice on NBON at: New Brunswick Opportunities Network.
