Capital Commission new regional heritage fair award
A new award for student projects on a provincial capital theme will be available at regional heritage fairs throughout the province this spring. The announcement was made today by the New Brunswick Provincial Capital Commission.
"Part of the commission's mandate is to engage New Brunswick students in learning more about their heritage," said Walter Brown, chair of the commission's board of directors. "Last year, we hosted the students and families during the provincial fair in the capital, so we are very proud to take the next step by funding the capital award this year."
