Official Languages - Legislation

As the only officially bilingual province in Canada, the government of New Brunswick has an obligation to ensure that the language rights of New Brunswickers are respected. The basis for these rights are derived from the following New Brunswick Acts.

• An Act Recognizing the Equality of the Two Official Linguistic Communities in New Brunswick
