Attorney General Michael Murphy receives Great Seal
The Great Seal is used to authenticate New Brunswick's most important documents, and is entrusted to the attorney general for safekeeping. It is a longstanding tradition for the lieutenant-governor to transfer the Great Seal to the province's attorney general in the name of Her Majesty, the Queen.
