Extra-Mural Program
Community rehabilitation resources from Nursing Homes, Family and Community Social Services (FCSS), Interdisciplinary Teams and SLP resources from Support Services to Education (SSE) were recently consolidated under the management of the EMP. Rehabilitation professionals working in this sector provide service to clients in community setting such as homes, nursing homes and schools.
