Abstract: A regional corn hybrid evaluation trial containing 37 silage hybrids and 39 grain hybrids was established at Sussex. Identical trials were established at Charlottetown, PEI, Stewiacke, NS. Grain corn only was evaluated at Kentville, NS. These trials generate the data required to support the Corn Guide to Hybrid& Pesticide Selection, Publication 100C. Corn hybrids are added to Publication 100C if they equal or exceed the standards of the trials and are removed when they drop below the standards.
