Abstract: A trial to study the cutting management of Birdsfoot Trefoil was established in 1996 at Nappan Research Farm and on two farms in New Brunswick plus one farm in Nova Scotia. In 1998 the Rexton site was harvested twice with total dry matter yields ranging from 4.48 to 7.53 t/ha. The mean trefoil content was 30% for the first cut and 22% for the second cut.
