Abstract: An evaluation trial to evaluate the performance of twenty potato clones and varieties for field and culinary characteristics was conducted at Hartland, NB. The twenty clones consisted of 17 non-russets and three russet entries. Total yields ranged between 209 cwt/A with Superior and 443 cwt/A for NY 103. Varieties receiving the best ratings for table quality included AF1424-7, Atlantic, B0766-3, NY102 and Yukon Gold. The best chip scores were obtained from AF1424-7 and NY102.
