Information Bulletins - Industrial Relations Act

The following Information Bulletins explain certain processes under the Industrial Relations Act.  

Certification	This bulletin explains the process surrounding the application by a trade union to represent a group of employees of an employer.
Representation Vote	This bulletin explains the process of representation votes which can be ordered by the Board under various sections of the Industrial Relations Act for the purpose of determining the true wishes of employees.
Membership Evidence	This bulletin explains the Board's practice with respect to membership evidence and its standard procedures for reviewing the sufficiency of membership evidenced submitted by a trade union in support of an Application for Certification.
