2001 Canada Games / Selection complete for women's volleyball (00/08/14)

FREDERICTON (CNB) -- The women's volleyball team representing New Brunswick at the 2001 London Alliance Summer Canada Games has been selected.

Following a 12-month selection program, the following 12 athletes have been chosen on the Canada Games team : Angela Cormier of Berry Mills, Sheena Cameron of Miramichi, Michelle Dwyer of Moncton, Amy Goggin of Moncton, France Arsenault of Dieppe, Lise Belliveau of Dieppe, Nadine Bourque of Cocagne, Mélissa Johnson of St-Ignace, Geneviève Gallien of South Tetagouche, Anik Gallant of St-Ignace, Cathrine Maltais of Balmoral and Aimée Gaudet of Moncton.

The coaching staff will be lead by Gilles St-Hilaire (coach) of Shediac, Michelle Bertin (assistant coach) of Shediac, Stéphanie Gallant (trainer) of Grande Digue and the manager Stéphane Hachey of Bathurst.
