FREDERICTON (CNB) - The following water level bulletin is issued by River Watch 2010 and the Department of Public Safety's New Brunswick Emergency Measures Organization on Friday, April 23:
In light of minimal precipitation received to date and forecast for the next 72 hours, water levels along the St. John River basin will continue their steady decline. All areas are presently well below flood stage and should remain so for the foreseeable future.
This is the last water level bulletin issued by River Watch 2010 for the spring freshet, however, they will be reinstated should weather conditions and water levels develop to the point that the possibility of flooding returns.
