Rogersville resident charged under Unsightly Premises Act (09/02/16)

FREDERICTON (CNB) - A Rogersville resident has been charged in Miramichi provincial court with a violation of the Unsightly Premises Act.

The Department of Environment alleges that on Oct. 30, 2008, Edouard Joseph Goguen of 25 Cr. Richard, Rogersville, failed to comply with a notice issued to him under the act. 

Goguen is scheduled to make his first appearance in Miramichi provincial court on Feb. 19, 2009, at 9:30 a.m.

Environment Minister Roland Haché encourages all New Brunswickers to be responsible stewards of the environment, and to report any infraction of environmental regulations in the province.
