FREDERICTON (CNB) - Due to concerns with forecasted flooding in the Fredericton area, the New Brunswick Investment Management Corp. (NBIMC) has announced that it has temporarily relocated to an interim operations centre.
Stakeholders and business partners should be able to reach their NBIMC counterparts through normal means. Contact may also be made through the main telephone number, 506-444-5800.
The corporation is able to conduct all essential investment management services to its clients through a pre-arranged business continuity plan that has been designed for these types of events.
NBIMC has assets under management of over $8.7 billion as of March 2007. The Crown corporation was formed in 1996 to operate at arm's length from government to manage the pension assets of over 45,000 plan members, including teachers, judges and public servants.
