Temporary relocation of court facilities / Judicial district of Moncton (02/06/26)

FREDERICTON (CNB) -- The Department of Justice advises the public of the temporary relocation of several offices in Moncton.

Effective July 2, the Clerk's Office for Court of Queen's Bench, Court Services, Probate Court and Small Claims Court, as well as the courtrooms for Court of Queen's Bench, Family Division, for the judicial district of Moncton are temporarily relocated until further notice to 774 Main St., 5^th floor, Moncton.

The relocation is necessary in order to rectify an air quality issue with the normal facilities. Work is expected to take about two months to complete. For more information, please call 506-856-2304.
