FREDERICTON (CNB) - The following water level bulletin is issued by River Watch 2009 and the Department of Public Safety's New Brunswick Emergency Measures Organization (NB-EMO) on Monday, April 20, 2009:
In response to a forecast precipitation event and above freezing temperatures over the next 24 hours, water levels along the St. John River basin are expected to increase marginally. Water levels are not expected to reach flood stage anywhere along the entire basin.
Residents are advised to know the risks, make a plan, and prepare an emergency kit. Prepare now to help your family be safe.
