FREDERICTON (CNB) - The following water level bulletin is issued by River Watch 2009 and the Department of Public Safety's New Brunswick Emergency Measures Organization (NB-EMO) on Friday, May 8, 2009:
In light of minimal forecast precipitation over the next two days, water levels are expected to continue to decrease slowly along the St. John River.
All areas are expected to remain below the flood stage over the forecast period.
This will be the last water level bulletin issued by River Watch 2009 for the spring freshet.
