ST. STEPHEN (CNB) - A new, four-lane section along Route 1, from Church Street in St. Stephen to the New Brunswick/Maine border, will be functional starting at 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 16.
Events to officially open the new international bridge linking Route 1 to Calais, Me., are planned for a later date.
