Madam Justice Margaret Larlee, B.A., L.L.B. Born in Harvey Station, New Brunswick. Married to John D. Larlee, Q.C. Educated at Mount Allison University, B.A. [Honours History] 1971; University of New Brunswick, L.L.B., 1974, LL.D. (Hon.) 2002. Called to the bar of New Brunswick, 1974. For the next eleven years, she worked in private practice and for the government of New Brunswick. Appointed to the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick, November 1, 1985. Appointed to the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick on April 1, 1998.
She is a past member of the Public Information Committee of the Canadian Judicial Council and past Chair of the Judges Technology Advisory Committee (JTAC) of the Canadian Judicial Council. In 2006 she served as Co-Chair of the New Brunswick Electoral Boundaries Commission.
