For Appeals to the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick

Appeals to the Court of Appeal can be in either civil or criminal matters.
The procedure relating to civil appeals can be found in Rule 62 of the Rules of Court of New Brunswick, while the procedure relating to criminal appeals can be found in Rule 63 of the Rules of Court of New Brunswick.
 
Costs and Fees

The procedure relating to costs can be found in Rule 59 of the Rules of Court of New Brunswick, and the fees relating to procedures before the Court of Appeal can be found in Rule 78 of the Rules of Court of New Brunswick.
