Fees
Rule 78.01 of the New Brunswick Rules of Court outlines the fees applicable to proceedings in the Court of Queen's Bench.

Under Rule 78.03 (http://www.gnb.ca/0062/regs/Rule/RULE78.pdf), there are circumstances where fees may be waived, such as when filing documents for the purpose of enforcing a forfeiture, the payment of a fine under a law of New Brunswick or to enforce a restitution order under the Criminal Code, s.741(1) (http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/C-46/index.html) .
Method of payment
Payments must accompany all documents to be filed and may be made in person at the appropriate court by way of:
- Certified cheque
- Money Order
- Debit card
- Credit card
- Cash
Payments by certified cheque or money order may also be mailed to the appropriate court.
Cheques and money orders must be made payable to the Minister of Finance for the Province of New Brunswick.
