Help at home and with housing

  • Disability support program

    This program provides personalized, flexible support for adults with disabilities to increase their independence and connection to the community.

  • Self-managed support

    This service option gives individuals in the Disability Support Program or the Long-Term Care Program flexibility and greater independence by allowing them to manage their own services.

Financial help and assistance with employment

Medical assistance

  • Mobility and adaptive equipment loan program

    The program loans specific mobility and adaptive equipment to eligible clients to support them in their daily activities and enable them to live and be cared for safely.

  • Orthopedic program

    The program assists eligible clients with the coverage of orthopedic items which are not covered by other agencies or private health insurance plans.

  • Prosthetic program

    The program assists clients with coverage for specific prosthetic services that are not covered by other agencies or private health insurance plans.

  • Respiratory program

    The program assists clients with coverage of respiratory equipment and supplies which are not covered by other agencies or private health insurance.

  • Ostomy / incontinence program

    The program assists clients with coverage for ostomy, catheterization and incontinence supplies which are not covered by other agencies or private health insurance plans.
