An important part of the strategy is engaging New Brunswickers. As a result, you are being asked to provide feedback on the four government commitments to facilitate the province’s energy transition. You can provide your feedback in several ways depending on your interest and knowledge level.
From January to April 2024, you can provide input on issues pertaining to poverty and economic and social inclusion, through a comprehensive public engagement process that will lead to the renewal of Overcoming Poverty Together: The New Brunswick Economic and Social Inclusion Plan.
Draft regulations are available for public review and input. This is part of government efforts to increase transparency.
EIA is a process through which the environmental impacts potentially resulting from a proposed project are identified and assessed early in the planning process. It is a proactive, preventative approach to environmental management and protection.
