ATTENTION: On Sept. 1, 2011, the numbering and order of the sections of the Human Rights Act was changed, but this is not yet reflected in the guidelines listed here.

Except for guidelines that show that they were updated after that date, these guidelines refer to the Human Rights Act as it read before September 1, 2011. (pdf) (htm).

The unrevised guidelines are still valid (apart from the section numbers), since the Sept. 1, 2011 revision did not change the substance or intent of the Human Rights Act.
