The Task Force seeks the views and suggestions of New Brunswickers on ways to strengthen the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Information legislation, and on ways the government can meet its obligations under the legislation. The task force's mandate is limited to information held and managed by a public body.
It is our goal to make the consultation process as open and transparent as possible. The Task Force will be making all written submissions public.  If you do not wish to have your name made public, please clearly indicate this in your submission, and it will be removed prior to publication.
Individuals and organizations are invited to submit their views, opinions and suggestions. Letters, comments and briefs may be submitted to
