Select Committee on Tax Review

Public Consultations

The Select Committee on Tax Review, an all party committee of the Legislative Assembly, is charged with the responsibility of consulting the public and interested stakeholders on the options presented in A Discussion Paper on New Brunswick’s Tax System. The Discussion Paper presents several options to restructure the province’s tax system and the Committee looks forward to receiving input from New Brunswickers. See Discussion Paper .

Public Hearings: Individuals or organizations wishing to make a presentation to the Committee should advise the Office of the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly by June 20, 2008. Presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes. (See Schedule)

Submit a Written Brief: Those not wishing to appear before the Committee are invited to submit a written brief to the address below by August 1, 2008. Written briefs may also be submitted by fax,  e-mail or online
