During Statements by Members, Mr. Speaker advised Mr. Robichaud that it was unparliamentary to state as Mr. Robichaud had, that the Minister of Transportation was misleading the House somewhat, despite the fact that Mr. Robichaud had qualified these remarks with the word "somewhat." Mr. Robichaud subsequently withdrew the remarks made in his Member's Statement.

Mr. Robichaud rose on a Point of Order, his point of order being that Mr. Speaker had called for the Introduction of Bills, and the period for Oral Questions had ended, and it was not in order for the Minister of Transportation to continue answering a question. Mr. Speaker ruled the point of order well taken.
