Supplementary Appropriations Act 1999-2000

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

The amounts set forth in Schedule A represent the votes set forth in the Supplementary Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000.

The amounts set forth in Schedule B represent the votes set forth in the Supplement and Amendment to Supplementary Estimates 1999-2000 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000.

For the purposes of clarity and interpretation, the amounts set forth in Schedule C represent the amounts set forth in Schedule A as supplemented and amended by the amounts set forth in Schedule B, in order to authorize that there may be paid out of the Consolidated Fund a sum not exceeding in the whole $155,346,400 to be applied towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the public service, not otherwise provided for, from the first day of April, 1999 to the thirty-first day of March, 2000 as set forth in Schedule C, and such sum shall be paid and applied only in accordance with the votes set forth in the Supplementary Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000, as supplemented and amended by the Supplement and Amendment to Supplementary Estimates 1999-2000 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000, upon which documents Schedule C is based.
