An Act to Repeal Acts Not Consolidated and Not Repealed

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

The Consolidated Statutes, 1903

1 An Act entitled "Respecting the Legislative Library", Chapter 9 of The Consolidated Statutes, 1903, is repealed.

2 An Act entitled "Respecting the Commutation of Certain Crown Debts", Chapter 21 of The Consolidated Statutes, 1903, is repealed.

3 An Act entitled "Respecting Free Grants of Crown Lands", Chapter 24 of The Consolidated Statutes, 1903, is repealed.

4 The Provincial Park Act, Chapter 35 of The Consolidated Statutes, 1903, is repealed.

5 An Act entitled "Respecting Farmers' Institutes", Chapter 45 of The Consolidated Statutes, 1903, is repealed.

6 An Act entitled "Respecting the Incorporation of Societies for the Sale and Distribution of Seed Grain and Encouragement to Roller Mills and Wheat Production", Chapter 46 of The Consolidated Statutes, 1903, is repealed.
