The Act in New Brunswick which falls within the mandate of the Office of the Conflict of Interest Commissioner is the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act. The Members’ Conflict of Interest Act applies to:

• Members and former Members of the Legislative Assembly, and
• members and former members of the Executive Council.
