"I will use this new role as lieutenant-governor to advance the benefits of education, to promote lifelong learning, and to visit every school in our province to listen to young people to hear their stories, and to make education a worthwhile experience - at every age. I also hope to encourage people in New Brunswick to celebrate our diversity. It is our differences that make New Brunswick such a wonderful place to live and be."
