Government Service Inquiries
Service New Brunswick TeleServices (Call Centre) offers the New Brunswick Inquiry telephone information service of the provincial government. This service is offered to those who need assistance in obtaining information about government programs and services.
Every telephone conversation with the public is a prime opportunity to establish good relations between the Government of New Brunswick and the people it serves.
The service is not intended to comment on government policy or the lack thereof. In as much as possible, the service representatives provide an immediate response or call back after finding the answer to the questions.
A toll free telephone number is in service, namely 1-888-762-8600. For local calls or calls outside the province, the telephone number is 1 (506) 684-7901. This service is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Remember that New Brunswickers should be able to communicate with, and obtain services from the provincial government in the official language of their choice.
Service New Brunswick, in collaboration with the Call Centre, has the responsibility for publishing the Government of New Brunswick Telephone Directory.
