Service New Brunswick is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of the Land Titles registry system in Northumberland County on March 19, 2001.

This completes the implementation of Land Titles throughout the province.

A bulletin explaining Land Titles and the restructuring of the registration fees for the Registry and Land Titles systems was published at the end of August, 2000. You may wish to download it for colleagues or customers.

Brochures answering the most frequently asked questions about Land Titles were mailed out to lawyers a few weeks ago. You can dowload and print extra copies of the brochure entitled What should I know about Land Titles from SNB's web site.
