Abstract: Three pesticide treatments were evaluated for control of powdery mildew and two-spotted mites on strawberry at the New Brunswick Horticulture Center in 1997. None of the treatments significantly reduced the incidence of powdery mildew infection on the leaves. The number of two-spotted mites on leaves was reduced by as much as 82% by a single application of Safer's Insecticidal Soap, 56 % by Sunspray ULT Fine Spray Oil and 40% buy Nutra-Wave.
