Abstract: An evaluation trial to evaluate the performance of twenty potato clones and varieties for field and culinary characteristics was conducted at Hartland, N.B. The twenty clones consisted of 10 non-russet and 10 russet entries. Total yields of all clones ranged between 201 cwt/ac for Russet Norkotah 3117 and 443 cwt/ac for NY101. Both Russet Norkotah 003 and Russet Norkotah 008 produced higher yields than the original clone 3117. The highest and lowest tuber appearance scores were obtained by NY112 and Russet Burbank, respectively. The highest combined chip scores from all four temperature regimes was obtained by NY115.
