- Data purpose: To approximate the size shape and location of land parcels in New Brunswick and to support Land Titles.
- Data description: Approximate boundaries for all land parcels in New Brunswick. The boundaries are structured as Polygons. The Property Identifier number or PID is included for each parcel.

- Restriction on use: Unrestricted

- Georeferencing: datum - NAD83(CSRS), map projection - NB Stereographic Double, (EPSG 2953)
- Data formats: ESRI File geodatabase, ESRI shape file, AutoCAD DXF
- Data coverage and size: Provincial Coverage, 190 MB (file geodatabase), 400 MB (shape file), available by county
