In addition to working with our customers, The Client Service Advisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the services our radio technicians provide every day. They ensure the scheduling of technicians and use of RADCOM’s technical resources are done efficiently and effectively in a manner that meets our clients’ needs and expectations. This position also requires tracking and monitoring invoices of third-party contractors brought in for Client Services.
