Public review of Draft Regulations 

Draft regulations are available for public review and input. This is part of government efforts to increase transparency.

Environmental Impact Assessment 

EIA is a process through which the environmental impacts potentially resulting from a proposed project are identified and assessed early in the planning process.

A comprehensive review of the utility to ensure that everything possible is being done to provide low and stable rates, ensure reliability of service and prepare NB Power for the future.

As part of the 2024 election platform, the provincial government has committed to overhauling the property tax system. A survey is now available and will be open from July 3 to August 10. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
