The Royal Gazette is an official weekly publication of the Government of New Brunswick, produced by the Executive Council Office.

What we do

The Royal Gazette is an official weekly publication of the Government of New Brunswick, produced by the Executive Council Office, and includes:

  • administrative board decisions
  • corporate registry information
  • legally obligated advisories
  • legislative proclamations
  • new and proposed regulations
  • new statutes
  • public notices
  • tax sale properties lists

The Gazette is published every Wednesday online for free at www.gnb.ca/royal-gazette. Hard copies are also available in yearly bound reports at the New Brunswick Legislative Library in Fredericton. 

Notices and information published, when provided by an outside source, will be indicated with the name of the department, agency or individual responsible which are the appropriate source for questions or additional information. The Executive Council Office is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information provided by another source and does not provide any legal research or advice.

Information within the Gazette is posted with the intent that it be readily available for personal and public non-commercial use. It may be reproduced by any means without charge or further permission, provided care is exercised in ensuring the accuracy of the materials reproduced.
