Spring weight restrictions routes

Pursuant to Section 36 of the Highway Act, the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure imposes weight restrictions on motor vehicles.

Overview

The final date for removal of Spring Weight Restrictions is conditional upon weather conditions and temperature and is therefore subject to change.

For the purpose of these restrictions, southern New Brunswick is described as all that area lying within the Counties of Kent, Westmorland, Albert, Saint John, Kings, Queens, Sunbury, Charlotte, Carleton and York, except that portion of Route 108 within York County, and that portion of Gordon Vale Road and Holtville Road within York County, and that portion of Route 123 within Sunbury County and Queens County, and that portion of Bloomfield Ridge Road between Holtville Road and Route 625, and that portion of Route 625 between Gordon Vale Road and Route 8.
